Peppermint PR starts a grad training scheme

No points what-so-ever go to the name “Fresh Mint” for the training scheme however much kudos goes to Peppermint PR for launching a graduate training scheme in the first place.

Peppermint should know a thing or two about training by now as the agency has nearly tripled in size over the last year and picked up 17 new accounts – Envirofone being the latest.

The agency also awards staff with points for good performance. These points can then be cashed in for prizes such as shopping vouchers. Ideas like this helped the PR firm win a place as one of Manchester’s Best Places to Work in Crain’s Manchester Business news.
